These Terms and Conditions govern the subscription-based website services provided by Refines Flow.

Services

Refines Flow provides subscription-based website design and hosting services. Websites are made available for use while the subscription remains active.

Subscription and Billing

Clients are billed R249 per month in advance for hosting and website access. Payments are processed automatically through PayFast or approved payment processors.

Website Usage

Clients are granted the right to use the website for business purposes during an active subscription. Website systems, designs, and templates remain the property of Refines Flow.

Client Content

Clients are responsible for ensuring all content provided is lawful and that they have rights to use it.

Domain Names

Domains are registered in the client’s name and remain the client’s property. Domain costs are billed separately if applicable.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, website access and hosting will be discontinued. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Limitation of Liability

Refines Flow does not guarantee business results and is not liable for indirect losses, downtime, or third-party service failures.

Acceptance

By making payment or using the services, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
